- 1 Pre-made pizza crust
- Olive oil
- Finely chopped garlic
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Store-bought rotisserie chicken, shredded and chopped
- 1/2 Thinly sliced red onion
- BBQ sauce
Prep the Pizza
Brush olive oil over the entire crust—make sure you hit the edges.

For a Large Grill (3+ burners):
Light the left and right burners on high. Leave the center burner off for indirect heat.
Place the pizza in the center and close the lid.

For a Small Grill (2 burners or less):
Light one side only of the grill on high.
Place the pizza on the unlit side.
Grill with the lid closed for 5 minutes, then rotate the pizza 180°.
Grill for another 5–7 minutes (12 minutes total for extra crisp), checking the bottom of the crust for doneness.
